As a life-long native of Atlanta, Chris Yates has watched as the city has grown into a wonderful place to live and raise a family, a fantastic area to earn a living, and the perfect place to play and be entertained. Chris attended the College of Charleston, where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing before returning to Atlanta to pursue a career in sales. Earning his real estate license in 1998, he spent time in commercial real estate sales, leasing, appraisal and market analysis before moving into residential real estate. Drawn to the Keller Williams' philosophy of a win-win for all parties involved and the company's pursuit of being on the cutting edge of technology, Chris joined Keller Williams Realty First Atlanta in 2007. He is a member of the National Board of Realtors, the Georgia Board of Realtors, and the Atlanta Board of Realtors, plus is an active member of the Marist School Alumni Association and Virginia-Highland/Morningside Parents Association. He is also an ePRO and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). He currently resides in the Virginia-Highland neighborhood with his wife, son and Max, the dog. |
